This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Redapt's cybersecurity capabilities and provide unparalleled value to its customers.

Strategic Significance of the Acquisition

Joining forces with Ember River strengthens Redapt's cybersecurity offerings by incorporating a team of experienced Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) with years of advisory experience. Cybersecurity is a top concern for every Redapt customer and remains the most defensible spending area. This acquisition ensures that Redapt can now help customers navigate the complex cybersecurity and risk landscape at the board level, C-suite, and front lines. The Ember River team is highly respected in the industry, with notable experience in high-profile areas such as the intelligence community, defense, and finance.

Plans for the Integrated Company

In the immediate term, the Ember River brand will remain intact due to its strong industry reputation and longstanding customer relationships. Over the month, Redapt will integrate Ember River's offerings into its portfolio, eventually phasing out the Ember River brand as customers become familiar with Redapt's expanded capabilities. The first phase of the transition will involve adding "a Redapt Company" to the Ember River logo, gradually familiarizing customers with the Redapt brand. The final phase will include sunsetting the Ember River brand once customer confidence in the service quality is firmly established.

The acquisition was finalized on July 8th, 2024. Before making this public announcement, we communicated individually with every Ember River customer to ensure a smooth transition. This strategic acquisition was driven by Redapt's CEO, Rick Cantu, Redapt's CFO, Brent Malmstrom, and the Ember River leadership team led by Macy Dennis.

Financial Details
